Chatwoot supports email, live chat, WhatsApp, Twitter/X DMs, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram out of the box. All channels feed into one shared inbox so agents do not switch between tools.

Does the Starter plan limit how many agents I can add?

Starter covers up to 5 agent accounts. Business and Enterprise are both unlimited-agent plans at a flat monthly rate, so you will not pay more as your support team grows.

Can I connect Chatwoot to external apps via webhooks or the API?

Yes. Chatwoot exposes a REST API and outbound webhooks, so you can push conversation events to your CRM, trigger automation pipelines, or build custom chatbot flows. Webhook configuration is available from the Business plan up.

Can I migrate an existing Chatwoot instance to your hosting?
