Which SMTP provider do I connect to send campaigns?
Listmonk relays outgoing mail through any SMTP server you supply: Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun, or your own mail server. On Enterprise we configure a dedicated sending IP to protect your sender reputation.
How many subscribers can each plan handle?
Starter supports up to 100,000 subscribers, Business up to 500,000, and Enterprise is unlimited. All plans include unlimited campaigns with no per-send fees.
Can I import subscribers from another platform?
Yes. Listmonk imports subscribers from CSV with custom attribute mapping. Consent timestamps and opt-in status carry over as long as your export includes those columns.
Does Listmonk support transactional email alongside newsletters?
Yes. Listmonk exposes a transactional email API that your application can call to send password resets, order confirmations, or other triggered messages. The transactional API is available from the Business plan up.
